Mobile automation testing plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mobile applications. As a leading force in mobile-first app development, our company seeks an experienced Mobile Automation Test Lead to drive our test automation strategy forward.

This role demands expertise in designing and developing end-to-end automated test frameworks for mobile (React Native) and web applications. Your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing automation test strategies, collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure high test coverage, maintaining and enhancing the test automation infrastructure, and providing technical mentorship to junior team members.

You will also review manual test cases, identify candidates for automation, conduct code reviews, and work closely with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the build-release process.

We require proficiency in Test Frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, Jest, and experience with version control using Git. Familiarity with CI/CD Integration tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Bitrise is also necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong knowledge of Appium (must have) or Espresso/Detox (anyone), and cross-platform experience for Android & iOS. For Web: Selenium WebDriver (must have) or Playwright/Cypress (anyone) is also required.
