About Insights & Advisory (IA):

Our IA Team Provides Strategic Guidance and Data-Driven Insights to Organizations, Analyzing Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, and Business Data to Inform Decision-Makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Problem Statements and Initial Hypotheses, Designing Optimal Research Approaches with Mixed Research Techniques.
  • Structure and Present Data and Results Using Relevant Frameworks.
  • Arrive at Key Messages/Highlights Addressing Key Objectives as Summary of Results.
  • Present Results of the Research to the Client and Handle Client Queries.
  • Participate in Team Discussions on Project-Specific Areas.
  • Market Assessment and Trend Analysis Across Sub-Segments, Therapy Areas to Assess Attractiveness of Market, Players, Pipeline Assets, Product Portfolio, Technologies, etc.
  • Competitor Benchmarking and Tracking Includes Media Monitoring, Product Profiling, Medical/Scientific and Marketing Aspects, SWOT Analysis, Clinical Pipeline Analysis, etc.

Requirements:

  • Hands-On Experience in MedTech, Diagnostics Strategy Related Projects.
  • Experience in Consulting and Strategy-Oriented Projects.
  • Working Knowledge of Lifesciences Value Chain Projects Specifically Market Assessment Projects Covering Market Attractiveness, Strategic Imperatives, Competitor's Strategy, Insights Gathering through Secondary/Primary Research, Analysis, and Reporting.
  • Mindset to Identify and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with Ability to Practice Attentive and Active Listening.
  • Respect for Time and Ability to Ensure Tasks Within Areas of Responsibility are Completed in a Timely Manner.
  • Ability to Identify Proactive Ways to Contribute to the Firm's Goals & Mission.
  • Command over MS Office and Basic MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Relevant Field (M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Tech, MBA).
  • 4+ Years of Relevant Experience.
