Data Analyst Job Description

About the role:

As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with our data and engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and interactive applications.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • Building dashboards and visualization tools that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining web-based data products using HTML, CSS, React.js, and JavaScript.
  • Working with backend teams using Python (Django/Flask) to integrate analytics into web applications.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Supporting MySQL-based database queries and optimizations for reporting needs.
  • Working with Google APIs and credentials to fetch and integrate data from various Google apps/services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) for backend data handling.
  • Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js.
  • Experience with MySQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of Google credentials/APIs integration (e.g., linking Google services to applications).
  • Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
