Data Insights Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a key role in constructing and maintaining data infrastructure, delivering insightful analysis through Power BI and Excel. The position requires a strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, and data pipelines, as well as the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:- Sustain and enhance data collection tools used across various departments.
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, APIs).
- Administer and optimize the SQL database on Microsoft Azure.
- Evaluate high-quality, clean, and well-documented data pipelines and dataflows.
- Implement and maintain data quality controls.
- Develop interactive dashboards and automated reporting tools for EFP, Education Quality, MERL.
- Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Excel to provide actionable insights.
- Present findings and insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer engineering, statistics, or another quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in SQL development and database administration (Azure SQL preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas).
- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard/report design).
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and analysis.
