Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced E-commerce Retail Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and analysis, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, working closely with senior planners and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor style performance and optimize replenishment strategies to meet category and sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, analyzing gaps and coordinating with buying and sourcing teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Perform supply chain and capacity planning, monitoring consumption against targets and reporting anomalies.
  • Collaborate with the Tech and Data Science team to automate business intelligence dashboards, driving data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel, with expertise in analyzing complex data sets.
  • At least 1 year of experience in planning or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
