Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to conduct research in mechanical dynamics, with a focus on rotor-dynamics using both experimental and simulation approaches.

  • This involves the application of advanced mathematical models to analyze and predict the behavior of rotor systems under various operating conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in dynamics, vibrations, and finite element methods. Experience with Matlab coding and experimentation is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.
  • A Ph.D. in a relevant area such as vibrations or dynamics is required for postdoctoral positions, while GATE qualified B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical/Aerospace/Similar fields is necessary for doctoral students.
