We are seeking a talented Technical Developer to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, and other integration methods to expand our capabilities.
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new/existing portfolios of Snow on top of App Engine.
  • Proficiency in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of UI/UX in Snow to create seamless user experiences.
  • Load, manipulation, and maintain integration data flow between Service Now and other third-party systems for maximum value.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' technical experience in Service Now & Custom/Scoped application development with a proven track record of success.
  • Solid understanding of Snow Architecture & Modules (ITSM/IT Service Portal/Asset Management & Workplace Service Delivery).
  • Proficiency in scripting tools and Service now standard functionality to automate rote tasks fulfillment and improve productivity.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus advantage, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions effectively.
