Job Title: Senior Manager Marketing Analytics

At DecisionTree Analytics & Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Marketing Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of Business Intelligence Solutions in the Marketing Analytics, Ecommerce & D2C domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain a data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet business analysis and reporting needs from an ecommerce & Marketing Analytics data perspective.
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand data, reports, metrics, and dashboard requirements and deliver solutions in an effective manner and in alignment with BI Strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with high-volume and multi-dimensional data sets derived from different data sources and online publishers.
  • Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to generate actionable business insights.
  • Develop, test, improve and maintain ETL jobs and data flow scripts to move data into the data warehouse from production databases and various external data sources.
  • Design and build dashboards and other visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Klipfolio, etc.
Essential Skills:
  • 10+ years of work experience, in the area of 'Analytics and Business Intelligence'
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence in the ecommerce, Marketing Analytics & D2C.
  • Prior experience in analyzing data from Google AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo Bing, Gemini and other marketing platforms is a must.
  • Strong understanding of any BI tool with the ability to independently conceptualize and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards for fact-based decision making and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strong SQL skills with a minimum of 10 years of prior SQL experience.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS or Google Cloud would be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to analyze the data, but also drive the implementation of the recommendations.
