Health Care Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Health Care Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating between hospitals, consultants, and patients to ensure smooth scheduling of procedures.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior hospital/healthcare coordination experience is an advantage, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Procedure Coordination: Coordinate between hospitals, consultants, and patients for smooth scheduling of procedures.
- Patient Support: Manage patient queries, appointments, and follow-up care.
- Team Support: Support the Radnex team in hospital tie-ups, marketing events, and outreach programs.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain records, billing support, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Education: Graduate degree (any discipline); healthcare/management background preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred).
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience: Prior hospital/healthcare coordination experience an advantage.
