Document Development Specialist

Job Description

  • Create high-quality technical documentation that meets the company's writing style guidelines, catering to the target audience.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver documentation on time, adhering to set deadlines.
  • Conduct research to gather necessary product information from meetings, specifications, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to enhance documentation quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Recommend screen labels and error messages to improve the customer experience.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Coordinate with onsite trainers for required document deliverables.
  • Proven English writing skills are essential.
  • Achieving MSTP certification is mandatory. Familiarity with programming languages is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly valued.
  • Strong decision-making, planning, and analytical skills are required.
  • Self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and excellent teamwork skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio is necessary.
