The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience in the beverage and liquor industry, with a strong understanding of the HORECA and specialty store channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly, weekly, and daily plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
- Promote company products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits, and negotiate deals to secure orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance wine and spirit sales within assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the beverage and liquor industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Industry certifications such as CSW, CSS, WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or Sake Specialist.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment.
- Ambitious personality, accountable, and action-oriented individual.
What We Offer:
An attractive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
