Job Description:
  • Lead comprehensive implementation projects for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, covering payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time and labor, and benefits.
  • Deliver advanced Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop precise functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform thorough system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide authoritative guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Contribute to the success of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
