  • Main Responsibilities
  • 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships to drive business growth.
    • Research and qualify leads using CRM, industry databases, and market intelligence to ensure a healthy pipeline of prospects.
    • Maintain a robust lead funnel and hand over qualified leads to the sales team for timely follow-up.
    • Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers and expand the customer base.
  • 2. Marketing Execution
    • Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels to maximize brand visibility.
    • Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations) that resonates with target audiences.
    • Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging across online and offline platforms.
    • Collaborate with design and product teams to develop customer-centric marketing strategies.
  • 3. Marketing Analytics & Insights
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates to inform decision-making.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.
  • 4. Sales & Business Support
    • Closely align with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and effective communication.
    • Support pre-sales activities with data-driven insights, presentations, and proposal inputs to enhance sales success.
    • Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication to build strong relationships.
    • Develop customer segmentation and profiling to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
