Senior Manufacturing Executive

The Senior Manufacturing Executive is responsible for leading the production team in the manufacturing of bus body structures. This role involves ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning & Execution of Bus Structures
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
  • Monitor KPIs such as JPH (Jobs Per Hour), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and downtime
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to dimensional accuracy, fit & finish, and welding standards
  • Collaborate with QA teams to resolve line-level quality issues
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects
Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field
  • 15-20 years of experience in automotive production
  • Domain expertise in Bus/Coach Body Building, BIW, Assembly, EV
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, ISO/TS a plus
