Automation Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill Automation Engineer/Senior Automation Engineer positions within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will provide remote automation support services to customers worldwide, addressing complex automation and electrical issues through direct interaction and collaboration with customers and shift engineers.
- Key responsibilities include working with the latest technology in remote support, testing new approaches, and contributing to customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.
- A minimum of 3-12 years of experience in automation is required.
- Strong technical expertise in automation PLC/HMI/SCADA/PI is essential.
- Familiarity with Tetra Pak PlantMaster PC & PI is an added advantage.
- A solid understanding of Electrical & Control Panels is necessary for remote troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- A high level of problem-solving methodology is required.
- Effective collaboration skills are necessary for teamwork.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to manage customer expectations, are required.
