Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining document automation templates using HotDocs.
The successful candidate will collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions. They will also integrate HotDocs with other systems, perform testing, debugging, and optimization of templates, and provide technical support and training to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain document automation templates using HotDocs.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
- Integrate HotDocs with other systems (e.g., document management, CRM).
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of templates.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in HotDocs template development and scripting.
- Experience with HotDocs Advance or HotDocs Developer.
- Familiarity with document automation workflows and legal documentation.
- Basic understanding of XML, SQL, and integration APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
