Job Opportunity: Investment Banking Expert

Marquee Equity offers a unique chance to work as an investment banking expert, helping clients across various sectors and geographies with their fundraising needs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc., structuring funding rounds, and advising clients on market conditions and investor needs.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in investment banking or a related field, preferably with 1-3 years of experience. A CFA Level 1 or 2 certification is also preferred. Knowledge of startup fundraising and the venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.

We offer a remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will need to own a laptop and have a good internet connection. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required. We provide a comprehensive training session to ensure your success in this role.

  • Develop and execute investment strategies to meet client objectives
  • Create and present pitch decks, financial models, and other deal-related documents
  • Provide market insights and advice to clients on fundraising and investor engagement
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of startup fundraising and venture capital industry (advantageous)
