Lead a High-Performance Web Development Team

As the leader of a web development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end website and web app projects from inception to deployment.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of skilled web developers (frontend, backend, full-stack) and foster a strong tech culture.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as technical lead and client-facing SPOC for web-related projects, translate client requirements into technical scope, timelines, and roadmaps.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure design fidelity and responsiveness, collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and branding teams to ensure SEO-ready, fast-loading, scalable websites.
Tech Stack and Tools
  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js
  • Backend: Node.js / PHP / Python (any), APIs, REST/GraphQL
  • eCommerce: Shopify, WooCommerce
  • DevOps: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Vercel/Netlify, cPanel, Docker (optional)
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in web development, with 1–2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend (or strong full-stack).
  • Strong project management, task prioritization, and delivery focus.
  • Ability to manage clients, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
