Lead PHP Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled lead developer to spearhead our product development team in Chennai. The ideal candidate is a resourceful and innovative individual with extensive experience in PHP, web application development, and MySQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and related technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions, prioritizing customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for MySQL and MSSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols, promoting a culture of quality and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Expertise in MySQL and MSSQL, including database design and query optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter PHP frameworks and MVC architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.
