Expert Unified Communications Specialist

As an expert in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex unified communications architectures, you will take on a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of UC systems.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in unified communications, including CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, and Expressways.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust UC architectures, including cluster design, trunking, and high availability strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unified Communications Architecture: Develop and implement end-to-end UC architectures across multiple platforms.
  • PSTN Trunking & Interoperability: Design and troubleshoot SIP trunks, PRIs with carriers, including codec negotiation and call routing logic.
  • CUBE & Voice Gateway Configurations: Configure advanced IOS gateways (MGCP, H.323, SIP), dial peers, DSP resources, and survivability strategies.
  • Analog Devices: Understand and configure analog devices such as analog gateways, analog phones, fax devices, and FXS/FXO Ports.
  • Call Flow Engineering: Design and implement end-to-end call flows across multiple platforms.
  • Virtualization & Cloud Migration: Deploy IPT solutions on UCS platforms or migrate to cloud-based collaboration.
