Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to spearhead the development of intuitive and user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements using industry-leading tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with user and business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Ensure close coordination with developers to guarantee implementation accuracy and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma or Sketch.
  • A strong understanding of UX principles, including human-centered design, empathy, and experimentation.
  • Experience with web and mobile platforms, including responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • A proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with motion design or basic front-end development, expanding your skillset and versatility.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, user testing tools, and inclusive design practices.
