Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer who pairs exceptional visual craft with creative problem-solving to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences. You'll take ideas from concept to launch, set high standards for visual quality, and create the systems that keep our products consistent and scalable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and aligned.
  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Craft Skills: Proficiency in Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
