Job Title: Strategic Digital Marketing Leader

Job Description:

As a highly experienced professional, you will lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients. Your expertise in programmatic buying and campaign management will enable you to create and execute impactful campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create data-driven marketing plans that incorporate awareness and acquisition campaigns, remarketing campaigns, app installs, and video branding.
  2. Manage Campaigns: Leverage DV360 to manage campaigns, optimizing for reach/install/conversion, while linking app analytics platforms to DV360.
  3. Design Ad Creative: Design and create different ad tags and floodlight tags in CM/DV360 for tracking campaign conversions, audience activity, and integration with various platforms.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to implement tracking mechanisms and ensure seamless collaboration.
  5. Client Account Management: Manage client accounts for display, TrueView, video, and search campaigns, structuring campaigns, IOs, line items, and ad groups on DV360/CM/Google Ads.
  6. Monitor and Optimize Campaigns: Monitor campaign performance daily and monthly, adjusting budget caps, campaign pacing, lost bidding, impression share, and other metrics to optimize strategies.
  7. Support Creative Team: Provide creative ideas for copy and graphical ad templates, including VAST, rich media, HTML5, static display creatives.
  8. Communicate with Clients: Keep clients informed of campaign achievements, ensuring alignment with predefined goals.
  9. Generate Reports: Produce relevant reports at three stages: before, during, and after campaign auditing, identifying gaps in existing structures and targeting.
  10. Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop and execute programmatic campaigns, leveraging performance data across digital channels.
  11. Understand Performance Metrics: Analyze performance metrics across digital channels, focusing on performance-based campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Programmatic Buying (Intermediate): Expertise in programmatic buying, including campaign management, ad tag creation, and optimization.
  2. DV 360 Experience: Hands-on experience working on DV360, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  3. DV 360 Certified: Certification in DV360 is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in the platform's features and best practices.
  4. Google Campaign Manager (Intermediate): Intermediate-level skills in Google Campaign Manager, with experience in managing multiple campaigns and optimising for better performance.
  5. Marketing Background: Strong marketing background, with a focus on digital marketing principles, including campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
