Job Title: Sr. Integration Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless integration and maintenance of Workday application platforms.

  1. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  2. Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using various tools and technologies.
  3. Provide support for integration-related issues, changes to existing integrations, and develop new integrations while monitoring production issues.
  4. Manage project scope, client expectations, and issue resolution.
  5. Work with business stakeholders to identify problem areas and overall impact of projects.
  6. Help manage timelines and deliverables within large, multi-month projects.
  7. Take ownership of projects/change requests and deliverables.
  8. Work effectively with stakeholders and downstream applications to achieve goals.
  9. Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of Workday Integration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Integrations
  • Ability to use ServiceNow and strong documentation skills
  • Experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD)
  • Strong analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
