Project Director

Purpose:

We seek a seasoned project director to lead complex projects in a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, defined scope, and allocated resources while maintaining regulatory compliance and industry standards.

This role involves strategic initiative leadership, continuous improvement promotion, and organizational success and innovation objectives support.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP ABILITIES, STRATEGIC THINKING, AND EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

Requirements:

Education:

  • A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects in regulated environments such as medical devices, aerospace, or similar.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Agile and SAFe framework is preferable.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., FDA, MDR, ISO).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Superior communications skills with all levels of employees and both internal and external stakeholders-including presentations, negotiations, and written reports.
  • An emphatic, structured, decisive, and goal-oriented self-starter with good conflict resolution skills.
  • A high degree of motivation, willingness to take responsibility, and a keen sense for cost, quality, and efficacy.
