About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solution Engineer to lead our solar system design efforts. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solar systems that meet our customers' needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solar system designs using industry-leading software tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent technical support and addressing their concerns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.
  • Conduct research and development on new products and technologies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in solar system design and implementation.
  • Proven experience with solar system design software and electrical design principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
