We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Specialist to excel in our sales and renewals team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products and helping migrate customers to our ordering platform.

Our goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle, guarantee data accuracy, and collaborate with sales and renewals account managers to deliver exceptional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifications, quote building, and closing opportunities.
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at renewal time.
  • Discover and execute upsells within your customer base.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to collect payments.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Embrace AI in repetitive tasks and demonstrate self-learning on AI skills through personal projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone and email.
  • High attention to detail with ability to handle multiple accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications.
  • Preferred experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with robotic automation/AI tools is highly desirable.
