Network Integration Expert

Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned network integration expert with deep expertise in wireless technology to drive the commissioning and troubleshooting of radio access networks and transport equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute complex site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per industry guidelines.
  • Configure and integrate Nokia RAN (LTE/5G) nodes for wireless projects.
  • Work on Nokia AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain integration logs, MOPs (Method of Procedure), and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in radio access network integration (LTE/5G).
  • Hands-on experience with Nokia RAN, IP planning, and alarm troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of wireless architecture, parameters, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in site integration, feature activation, and technical support.
  • Familiarity with Nokia OSS tools and industry-standard solutions.
  • Knowledge of log analysis, issue resolution, and communication skills.
