Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Validation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining validation protocols and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to audits and inspections, and provide expert guidance on data validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Validation Protocols: Develop and maintain data validation protocols and reports in compliance with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data validation documentation with high-quality standards.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and update user manuals, SOPs, and other technical documentation related to data validation processes.
  4. Validation Activities: Execute data validation activities including risk assessments, validation testing, and documentation review.
  5. Audit Support: Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing relevant data validation documentation and participating in audit response efforts.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with evolving industry regulations and ensure company practices remain aligned with current best practices.
  7. Training: Train internal teams and stakeholders on data validation processes and documentation expectations.
  8. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance data validation processes and document efficiency.
  9. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and validation documentation for all data validation-related activities and projects.
  10. Expert Guidance: Provide expert data validation guidance to internal departments and stakeholders as required.
