As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, developing innovative ideas and concepts that meet or exceed client objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling brand narratives and strategic solutions for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading brainstorming and strategy sessions with creative teams to develop unique ideas and concepts for campaigns.
  • Utilizing customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform and influence creative copies.
  • Collaborating with account management and creative teams to ensure alignment between the client's brand, creative strategy, and business objectives.
  • Working closely with production and media teams to ensure the feasibility and successful execution of campaign ideas.
  • Researching keywords to create engaging written content and proofreading your work.

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in creative writing, content strategy, or a similar role in an advertising agency or related environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing and advertising strategies that meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Social & Digital Analytics, ChatGPT & other AI Tools.
  • Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
