Job Description

This role involves executing and handling CAE activities independently with a focus on component-level safety systems, primarily steering wheels. Proficiency in tools such as Hypermesh, Abaqus, and LS-Dyna is expected.

The Simulation Engineer will work to deliver quality results on time, take responsibility for personal deliverables, and support team activities. They will also be responsible for performing conclusive analysis of test and simulation results to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals, analytical ability, and engineering basics. Experience in pre-processors like Hyperworks, LS-Pre-Post, ESI tools, and Primer is required. Hands-on experience in Abaqus/LS-Dyna (Basic) – Implicit and Explicit Analysis is preferred.

The Simulation Engineer will handle multiple projects simultaneously, be flexible to work in different shifts, and adapt to changing business scenarios. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn new methods are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.E. in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering
  • 1–3 years of relevant CAE experience
  • Strong fundamentals, analytical ability, and engineering basics
  • Proficiency in pre-processors like Hyperworks, LS-Pre-Post, ESI tools, and Primer
  • Hands-on experience in Abaqus/LS-Dyna (Basic) – Implicit and Explicit Analysis
