About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Senior Analyst who is passionate about process improvement and has a strong analytical background. As a key member of our HR Operations function, you will play a critical role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Recruitment Operations Queue, ensuring that cases are resolved and closed appropriately and satisfactorily.
  • Provide excellent customer service to client groups, including candidates, employees, legal, background vendors, hiring managers, ESBPs, and recruiting coordinators.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Partner with internal compliance teams, external government agencies, and vendors to support employees throughout the process.
  • Manage Recruitment Audits, adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights into recruitment operations performance.
