Senior Data Architect

As a senior data professional, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs that ensure timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric (client implementation, not POC) projects.
- Solution Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
- Leadership: Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Data Strategy: Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
- Governance: Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
