Job Title:

A highly skilled professional is required to drive organizational success through effective recruitment, HR operations, relationship building, and employee engagement.

This is a full-time, permanent role that involves developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, fostering strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the end-to-end hiring process from job postings to onboarding.
  2. HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws, and handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues promptly.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners, collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and business growth, and represent the company in HR and business partner meetings.
  4. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, identify training needs and coordinate learning programs, and support performance management and appraisal processes.
