**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to work closely with our development teams in ensuring the highest quality of software products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and Python programming, with experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing strategies across React frontend, Python backend, and PostgreSQL database.

The Automation Test Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using modern web testing tools
  • Creating automated tests for data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Building continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline integration for automated test execution
  • Mentoring team members on testing best practices and framework adoption

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation engineering
  • Strong experience with web testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or similar)
  • Proficient in API testing tools (Postman/Newman, Rest Assured, or equivalent)
  • Experience with data pipeline testing tools (Great Expectations, Soda, DBT test, or similar)
  • Strong Python skills for backend API testing
  • Database testing experience (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
