Project Delivery Expert

A dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager is sought to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects across departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, promoting transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, conflicts, and other potential roadblocks.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in handling multiple internal projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
