Job Role:

Customer Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Data Specialist. This role will involve designing and implementing data solutions within an Intelligent Cloud platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement data solutions for customer data management.
  • Built and customized pages, business entities, field groups, hierarchies, and workflows to support customer data needs.
  • Configured and executed data quality rules to standardize, validate, and cleanse customer data.
  • Developed and maintained cloud application integration processes to support customer data integrations.
  • Configured and maintained match & merge rules for accurate customer data mastering.
  • Developed, managed, and exposed open APIs for customer data services and integrations.
  • Updated and enhanced business entities, attributes, and field groups as per business requirements.
  • Performed data modeling (logical/physical) and defined customer hierarchies and relationships.
  • Implemented and managed role-based access control for secure and compliant data access.
  • Developed and troubleshoot ingress/egress jobs, including FTP/SFTP, APIs, and file-based integrations.
  • Managed code promotion, environment migration, and CI/CD pipeline integration for customer data assets.
  • Performed unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support for customer data deliverables.
  • Collaborated with business users, architects, and other IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues.
  • Optimized and monitored performance, scalability, and reliability of customer data applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience with Informatica tools.
