Credit Analysis Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Analysis Professional to join our team. As a key member of our credit department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments for real estate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth credit analysis and appraisal for fund-based exposures such as working capital, overdraft/cash credit, term loans, and non-fund-based exposures like letters of credit and bank guarantees.
  • Prepare detailed proposal notes and ensure clearance from credit sanctioning committees.
  • Evaluate prospective customers and markets, understand client requirements, and structure proposals/deals within bank credit guidelines and programs.
  • Monitor economic and industry developments, as well as client financial parameters, to detect potential risk triggers or stress signs and take mitigation measures.
  • Perform comprehensive credit and background reference checks on all prospective clients.
  • Present findings to sanctioning committees for sanctions and approval of credit files in line with bank policies.
  • Jointly monitor portfolio with account relationship teams based on early warning systems.
  • Prepare risk/rating sheets and make recommendations to approving committees.
  • Approve cases within delegated powers.
