Expert OCC System Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation of our OCC system project in India. As Lead, you will be responsible for designing and managing the review, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in railways and metro projects, with at least 15 years of involvement in OCC systems, including high-speed railways, semi-high-speed railways, and metro railways. A postgraduate or doctorate degree in a relevant field is preferred, but a graduate engineering degree is the minimum requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage review process for OCC system
- Install, integrate, test, and commission OCC system
- Interface OCC system with signalling system, rolling stock, telecom subsystems, asset management system etc., and obtain interface document approval
- Verify completed work and request payment from contractors
- Assist clients in obtaining statutory approvals
- Coordinate with agencies such as ISA, CMRS, etc. for successful project completion
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate / Doctorate in relevant field (preferred)
- Graduate Engineering degree in relevant field (minimum)
- Total experience: At least 25 years in Railways / Metro
- Minimum 15 years of experience in OCC systems in High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience as in-charge of OCC system works in High-Speed Rail Project(s) (ETCS based, with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph)
