Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team.

  • Job Description:
  • The Senior Associate will review and analyze moderate to complex tax returns prepared by junior associates. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of individual tax concepts.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Display a good level of understanding of basic and moderate tax concepts on individual tax returns (1040), and continuously enhance tax knowledge for associates through client work and staying up-to-date with tax developments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks assigned to associates and train and assist them with their questions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist the team in tax research and apply deep understanding of tax theory and principles to fulfill client requirements.
  • Enhance teamwork and have the ability to communicate effectively with teams in India and the US.
  • Provide assistance to managers on projects as requested and demonstrate independent judgment and decision-making capabilities when preparing tax returns.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts, including forms like 8621, 5471, 1116, 2555, 6252, and Passthrough reporting.
  • Able to manage a team and the team's workflow effectively.
  • Qualification:
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in US Individual taxation (1040).
