">The Store Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores, focusing on inventory management, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage store operations, including receiving, stocking, and issuing goods.">
- Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock data in the system.">
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish items as needed.">
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of items in the store/warehouse.">
- Handle order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery coordination.">
- Conduct periodic stock audits, physical verification, and reconcile discrepancies.">
- Implement store policies and standard operating procedures.">
- Support the sales team by ensuring product availability and prompt stock replenishment.">
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store area.">
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.">
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.">
- 2–4 years of experience in store management or inventory control.">
- Proficiency with inventory management software (ERP, SAP, etc.).">
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.">
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.">
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.">
