Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Other tasks include managing inventory, supervising staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Store Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure the store offers a welcoming and professional environment. This Role has weekly off on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Qualifications

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Experience in luxury retail is a plus
- Oversee daily operations of the silver article store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing with proper display of silver products.
- Supervise and manage sales staff, including training, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Greet and assist customers, providing in-depth knowledge of silver items, purity, weights, hallmarking.
- Manage inventory: stock inward/outward, conducting regular stock audits, and reconciling with billing system.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and assist with promotions, marketing activities, and festive sales planning.
