Job Overview

As a seasoned Implementation Leadership professional, this role requires a proven track record of leading full-cycle Oracle PBCS engagements. You will be responsible for delivering finance, HR, and technology transformations using Oracle Fusion Cloud SAAS and PAAS.

The ideal candidate will have experience in moving on-premise systems to Oracle Cloud, target state architecture planning, and business process automation using AI.

  • Lead requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

Business Process & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions.
Planning Model Design Expertise
  • Design and build comprehensive planning models, including financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
Platform Configuration & Extensibility
  • Configure Oracle Planning applications: metadata imports, forms, task-flow setup, security model design, and authorizing business rules (Groovy and native calculation scripts).
Systems Integration & Data Management
  • Integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud (and other source systems) to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
Automation & DevOps
  • Use EPM Automate (command-line scripting) for task automation, patching, and lifecycle management.
Broad EPM Ecosystem Knowledge
  • Understand related Oracle EPM modules (PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS, Tax Reporting) to support cross-product initiatives and future platform expansions.
Professional Credentials
  • Hold Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS or equivalent hands-on project experience on the Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service platform.
