Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Specialist to join our IT team in Bangalore. As an IT Asset Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and reporting of the organization's IT assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in inventory management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Maintain and update asset records in the asset management system.
  • Support the procurement process by tracking asset requests and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to assist in the deployment and disposal of IT assets.
  • Help create and maintain documentation related to asset management processes and procedures.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status.
  • Provide support for asset-related inquiries from internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on best practices in IT asset management and industry trends.
  • Understand software asset management principles.
