We are seeking an exceptional specialist with expertise in both psychometrics and AI to join our team. This hybrid role combines cutting-edge AI techniques with deep knowledge of psychometric principles to design, develop, and improve our assessment tools.

  • This position involves the integration of AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • The successful candidate will leverage AI-powered translation tools to quickly translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate on reviewing translations to maintain a high-quality database.
  • You will create personalized programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to evaluate and refine AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the entire lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement. You will design innovative test items for specialized evaluations and manage research projects by utilizing project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and deliver project requirements efficiently.

You will work closely with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customized assessments and personalized reports. The successful candidate will produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.

This position requires strong project management skills, flexibility, adaptability, excellent English communication, and a background in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
