Job Title: Sphera Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sphera Consultant to join our team at CapTalent HR. As a Sphera Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end HSE implementation of Sphera for our clients. This includes essential modules for a multi-site client portfolio to help clients achieve a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate requirement workshops and document business process models, use cases related to HSE processes.
  2. Align HSE business processes with Sphera.
  3. Configure Sphera essential modules.

Requirements:

  1. Good understanding of key HSE processes of Environment Monitoring, including Air/Water/Waste/Soil/Ground water/Energy modules.
  2. Hands-on experience in implementing Sphera.
  3. Essential HSE modules for a multi-site client portfolio.

Education and Skills:

  • BE/BTech Engineer degree.
  • Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.

We Are Looking for a Candidate:

  • With good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Who has demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
