Department

You will join the Digital organization, where you will be a member of our Enterprise application team based in Chennai. You will work closely with our Business, Techno-functional consultants, ERPs as well as our team of Solution Architects.

Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a specialist who provides subject matter expertise regarding cloud-based applications like Certa, Sphera Ariba, Workday, Egencia, Integrated Logistics systems, and other cloud technologies across various businesses, e.g. supply chain, sustainability, HSE, and HR.

FLS will have more enterprise application management systems and hosting partners and you will work closely together with the Partners to ensure a stable application environment and help to implement applications within the environment.

As our new Senior Business Analyst, you will get the opportunity to also apply project management expertise to identify and develop process improvements, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies. The Business Analyst is expected to provide counsel and leadership to his/her respective area to maximize efficiency while protecting the integrity of the overall solution.

Your responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis and verification.

Break down business requirements into functional design and proposing solutions.

Manage requirements traceability information and tracks requirements status, and communicate updates to Project PMO

Provides significant input to techno-functional team for development.

Involved in Implementation and Rollout projects.

Collaborate with shared services organization to document as-is processes, design to-be processes, identify gaps, and establish integrations.

Ensure comprehensive test planning: define test scenarios, create test scripts, engage user base and supervise user acceptance testing; create formal documentation of testing results.

Conduct/Sing-Off SIT and UAT

Consult Defect/Incident and provide resolution.

Develop training materials, support trainer(s) in training delivery.

What you bring

Strong SCM, HR, HSE and customer engagement background with experience in P2P processes, with hands-on experience in working with system like Certa, Sphera Ariba, Workday, Egencia, Integrated Logistics and other cloud technologies.

Hands-on experience in working on various ERPs like Oracle EBS R12 (Supply Chain, HCM), Epicor, and Dynamics

Good understanding on the integration platforms like IIB, Talend, etc.

Strong ability to be able to communicate with teams of diverse backgrounds (Geographic, Cultural, Personality, Functional/Technical experience)

Hands-on experience in preparing Cut-over plans while we onboard new applications

Have broad business understanding and build cross-functional relationships.

Strong process understanding and focus.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or any technology-related domain

Experience

10+ years of relevant Experience.
