Job Title:

This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a critical role in the management and enhancement of core technology products.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Break projects into manageable actions and set time frames to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques to minimize risk.
  • Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans to drive project delivery.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution to address and resolve issues in a constructive manner.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including project management software, MS Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
