Job Overview:

We seek a product specialist to drive user engagement and feature adoption for our super app designed for MSME business owners. This role combines elements of product development, marketing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Onboarding & Adoption
    • Design and implement seamless onboarding processes using in-app guides, walkthroughs, videos, and tooltips.
    • Collaborate with the customer experience team to resolve onboarding issues efficiently.
    • Analyze onboarding completion rates and develop strategies to reduce early-stage drop-offs.
  • Feature Communication & Education
    • Create a structured release communication plan including in-app announcements, email campaigns, push notifications, FAQs, and videos.
    • Translate complex product features into clear, user-friendly messaging.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent user education campaigns.
  • User Engagement & Retention
    • Develop strategies to increase repeat usage through gamification, challenges, and rewards.
    • Monitor daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), churn rates, and feature adoption metrics to design interventions for improvement.
  • Data & Experiments
    • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to boost adoption and retention.
    • Analyze user journeys using analytics tools to identify drop-off points.
    • Establish and report growth key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features enhancing user experience.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team for adoption campaigns and the customer experience team for user training.
    • Act as the voice of the user for continuous product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product growth, growth marketing, or product management.
  • Strong interest in product management, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or growth marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, etc.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B2C, or community-driven platforms is an asset.
  • Ability to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results.
