
Machinery Diagnostics and Asset Reliability Specialist

About the Role:
\We are seeking a highly skilled Machinery Diagnostic and Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our team. This role involves performing condition monitoring activities for fixed and rotating equipment across large complex process facilities, ensuring safe and reliable operations.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective work practices, applications, data, and tools to meet industry requirements, including machinery performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance\
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of equipment, work processes, data, and tools\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset reliability and optimize maintenance strategies\
- Ensure lessons learned are shared and incorporated into applicable systems for sustainability\
- Support troubleshooting of equipment to improve reliability\

Requirements:
\- \
- Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience providing machinery engineering and condition monitoring support in a complex oil and gas operating environment\
- Engineering degree in Machinery, Reliability, or a related field from an appropriate certified university\
- Post Grad qualifications in Reliability Eng, Condition Monitoring, RCM, RAM and Maintenance Strategy development is preferred\
